Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that some print-on-demand and dropshipping products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer:

  • Free shipping on qualifying items, as indicated on the product page.
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more after any discounts have been applied.
  • Shipping charges for non-qualifying orders are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Items shipped by Elovique: 3–7 business days
  • Print-on-Demand products: 5–10 business days after production
  • Dropshipping products: 7–15 business days, depending on the supplier and destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Elovique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
